Expert Interior Demolition in Pinellas, FL
Interior demolition is how a remodel truly begins. Before new walls, floors, or layouts can take shape, the old materials have to come out cleanly and carefully. At The Experts In Room Additions & Remodeling Inc, we handle the tearout work that sets up every project for success across Pinellas, Hillsborough, and Pasco. We remove walls, flooring, cabinetry, ceilings, and fixtures with attention to what stays and what goes. Many Pinellas homes were built with closed-off room layouts that feel cramped by today's standards. Interior demolition is often the first step toward opening those spaces up. Because our owner grew up working alongside a contractor father, he learned early that the before-and-after of a project matters deeply. That hands-on background shapes how we approach every tearout: with care for the structure, respect for your home, and a clean result that gives the next phase of work a solid starting point. Call us to talk through your project.
